Our focus is complete satisfaction of the Customer. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation and prior to the dispatch of material or start of the course. Please read the index of each book to understand the Course content. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their courses / products and request a refund. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please contact Anuchanam via contact us link or chatbot mentioning the Name, Email ID, Mobile number, Order Number, Book details. Requests received later than 24 hours or dispatch of material or start of the course will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the respective originating accounts/Credit Cards/Wallets only. Refund process will start within 5-7 days and it will reflect in your account as per the Payment Gateway policy.
Purchase Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of receipt of firm purchase order and complete payment.
Goods are dispatched by Courier, India Post, Transports or other modes depending on the order details.
Orders can be cancelled till they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Foundation will not be responsible for consequences of incorrect / incomplete addresses or contact numbers.
Shipping charges would depend on volume of consignment, weight and destination.
In case the items are defective or damaged, you need to capture the photo of the defective product with cause of damage and send it to anuchanam.csu@sanskrit.ac.in. The product can be returned only with the concurrence of the Foundation, through email. Free replacement will be provided if the delivered product is different from the ordered item. Shipment team will co-ordinate the return of the received item.
